SHIPPING POLICY
Subcribers agree to accept subscription deadlines. For example, the 5th day of each month will be the subscription deadline for that month.
Example: If your subscription is completed on or before January 5th, your first box will ship on or around January 20th. If your subscription is completed on January 6th, your first box will ship on or around February 20th.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We pack and ship each box, personally. To ensure the highest quality, we inspect every box before it's shipped. In the event that your box arrives with damaged items, we will do our best to provide a replacement or equivalent item. In the event that neither the exact item, nor an equivalent item is available, we will issue a credit to your account to be applied to the following month's box. Please email us at thedigbox@gmail.com to arrange for replacement item or box credit. Please ship returns to Dig. at 111 Bain Street, Suite 343, Greensboro, NC 27406. In the event that refund is in order, said refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

Box Contents
As a subscribed Dig. cusotmer, once per month (on or around the 20th) we will ship you a package with a selection of gardening tools, seeds, and accessories. Each month of your subscription, the selection of products may change. Accordingly, Dig. cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.
BY SUBSCRIBING, YOU AGREE TO PAY THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH.
Billing and Payments
For existing subscribers whose payments are recieved by the 5th of the month, yout box will ship on the or around the 15th of that month. Example: If payment is received on January 5th, your box will ship on January 20th.
All information that you provide to register with Dig., including your credit card information is subject to Dig.‘s Privacy Policy. The price of the services and/or goods is payable in full before delivery. We accept the following credit cards at this time: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription until the subscription period expires. Accounts that are cancelled prior to shipments do not automatically receive a refund because a shipment has already been generated to fulfill in the next batch mailing. If you’d like that shipment cancelled and refunded, email thedigbox@gmail.com.
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a customer, if your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your account should you wish to discontinue your monthly purchase of products.
